In 2007, Daniel Beckermann wanted to build sunglasses that are both fancy and timeless by founding the Italian label Retrosuperfuture. Before the foundation of Retrosuperfuture, Daniel and his brother Simon Beckermann worked as journalists in a successful Italian fashion magazine and thus had a precise overview of the eyewear manufacturers of that time. Retrosuperfuture quickly gained a reputation as probably the most fearless and modern eyewear brand you can find today. Beginning with three classic cuts, the label's collection has steadily expanded to include more than 20 timeless, unusual models. Since the foundation of the Italian eyewear label, the aim has been to offer high quality with distinctive design at affordable prices.
