This raffle is organised by WAVE Store, 15437 Starling Crossing Dr, Lithia, FL 33547 (hereinafter referred to as “WAVE”).

The participation in the raffle is subject to the following conditions. A contract is concluded between the participant and WAVE with the following rights and obligations. With his/her participation and consent, the participant expressly acknowledges these conditions of participation. WAVE reserves the right to modify, adjust, cancel or interrupt the raffle at any time on reasonable grounds (with prior notice, where possible). WAVE reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation.

Place and time

The raffle only takes place online on our website (raffle.wavefr.com) and/or on our social media pages. We usually do not announce the start of the raffle in advance. The exact end (date and time) of the raffle will be communicated by us after it started. The time of release will be notified as well.

Eligibility

Natural persons who are at least 16 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate. It is not possible to participate several times. Employees of WAVE Store GmbH are not permitted to participate. Any automated participation or any participation via raffle associations is excluded.

WAVE reserves the right to check eligibility and to request a proof of age and identity (e.g. an ID card copy). Whoever fails to respond to this request may be excluded from participation. If this person has already been drawn as the winner, the price can be subsequently denied; any already delivered price can be claimed back.

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our websites to detect abusive traffic (through machine and automated processing) on the website. This service is provided by Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics, such as: the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the service to be forwarded to Google. The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in the prevention of misuse and spam.

The use of the reCAPTCHA service may also result in the transfer of personal information to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. Participation/process/price

Participants complete the required fields online by providing their data (such as gender/first name and surname/address/e-mail address/mobile number/Instagram name/date of birth/shoe and/or clothing size). The participant then receives an e-mail confirming his/her details and participation in the raffle (double opt-in). Upon confirmation, he/she then participates in the raffle. We select at random one or several winners among all participants.

The winner(s) is/are then entitled to purchase the article described on our website or social media page in the stated size subject to our General Terms and Conditions (plus any shipping costs). The winners will be announced at the end of the raffle by personal notification to the contact address stated by the participant (e.g. notification via the social media portal, e-mail or WhatsApp). The e-mail includes a link which is valid for 48 hours and via which the winner can purchase the product with the data stated for the participation in the raffle. The product can only be sent to the address stated for the participation, which cannot be changed subsequently. Only the means of payment stated in the checkout process are permitted. Raffle products are excluded from free shipping. Country-specific shipping costs apply.

If the winner fails to come forward within 48 hours, the price will be cancelled without replacement. In this case, WAVE reserves the right (i) to either draw the price again at random among all participants, or (ii) to cancel the price without replacement and not find any new winner.

The price is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and the counter-value cannot be paid out in cash.

Subscription to the newsletter (e-mail)

In return for the participation in the raffle, the participant permits WAVE to use the notified data for advertising purposes. In particular, the participant subscribes to the WAVE e-mail newsletter. The following data protection information as well as the Privacy Policy apply in addition.

Miscellaneous provisions

Should any provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid provisions are replaced by a reasonable regulation that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions.

Rights of data subjects:
